FAQ

Common Questions

What level of kashrus do you hold by for weddings?
All our food is prepared under the strict supervision of the Badatz Eda Chareidit, Jerusalem. We hold Glatt Kosher across every dish, including all meats, poultry, and dairy separations. Our mashgiach is on-site throughout your event.
How does American-style plated service work at a wedding?
Each course is plated in our kitchen and served directly to your guests at their tables by our waitstaff. This creates an elevated, restaurant-quality dining experience. It's a departure from the typical Israeli buffet approach, and guests always notice the difference.
Can you cater at any wedding venue in Jerusalem?
Yes. We cater at hotels, event halls, gardens, rooftops, and private venues throughout Jerusalem, Bet Shemesh, and Modi'in. We bring our own equipment and staff, so the venue just needs a basic kitchen or prep area.
How far in advance should we book wedding catering?
For peak wedding season (spring and fall), we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance. Off-season dates can sometimes be arranged with shorter notice. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have with menu customization.
Do you offer tastings before the wedding?
Absolutely. Once you've selected a menu tier and we've discussed your preferences, we arrange a tasting session so you can experience the food firsthand. We want you to be completely confident in every dish before your big day.
